The Pure Distilling Wash Pack is a comprehensive kit designed to make the process of preparing a high-quality fermented wash for distillation a breeze. It contains all the essential products you need to ensure a clear, polished wash free from any impurities that can negatively impact the flavour, aroma, and clarity of the final distilled spirit.

The Pure Distilling Wash Pack includes all these 3 products:

1. Premium Spirit Yeast: A highly efficient and robust yeast strain specifically formulated for distilling applications. This yeast ensures a complete and vigorous fermentation, maximising alcohol yield from the sugar or grain mash.
2. Spirit Enhancer Liquid Carbon: A specialised activated carbon product that helps remove any unwanted colours, odours, and organic impurities from the fermented wash. It effectively adsorbs these compounds, resulting in a cleaner, brighter distillate.
3. Crystal Clear Spirit Wash Clarifier: This two-part fining agent is the star of the pack. It effectively removes yeast cells, proteins, and other suspended solids from the fermented wash, preventing them from carrying over into the distillate and causing off-flavours or haziness.

The process of using the Pure Distilling Wash Pack is straightforward:

1. Start by preparing your fermentable sugar or grain mash and pitching the Premium Spirit Yeast to kick off fermentation.
2. Once fermentation is complete, add the Spirit Enhancer Liquid Carbon to the wash and let it work its magic for the recommended time, effectively adsorbing any unwanted compounds.
3. Finally, follow the instructions to add Part A and Part B of the Crystal Clear Spirit Wash Clarifier, which will cause the remaining solids and impurities to clump together and drop out, leaving a clear and polished wash ready for distillation.
